Staff Induction and Training

Before starting work, all our staff participate in an induction program and complete mandatory training to equip them with the necessary skills for their roles. This will include Administrative, theoretical and practical training. Mandatory Training modules include:

Infection control, Food hygiene, Protection of Vulnerable adults, Moving and handling, Health and Safety, Fire prevention, First aid and life support, Dementia and Person Centred Personal Care.
